As part of the preparation for the Sports College Opening Day on the 16th October 2008 at Mary Rose School, Tracey Clarke, Director of Specialisms, invited Lynden from the X- biking team down to Mary Rose School to demonstrate their new range of bikes.
Students from Spinnaker class really took to the bikes and spent their time riding, watching and supporting other members of their group as they tested them. They were particularly excited by the X-dream that simulates biking in the outdoors, using a screen. Bradley really enjoyed competing against other bikes on the course, and completed his ride around the course without falling off!
The students are now really looking forward to getting on the x-bikes again at the Sports College Opening Day on October 16th! Photos coming soon...
