In preparation for the National Boccia Championships, Mervyn Turk, a GB Boccia coach came into school to train the two young people selected to represent our school in Sheffield at the weekend.
Mervyn spent an hour looking at skills and target practice, varying the speed and angle of play as well as some rules of the game with them. Hannah and Bradley listened carefully and showed good improvement and further developed their skills during the session.
A huge thanks to Mervyn for giving up his time to help Hannah and Bradley, and all the best at the weekend.
